For respect and to maintain the credibility earned with its consumers, the company has created a return and exchange policy in accordance with the Code of Consumer Protection, and concerned that you (the customer) get an effective negotiation, agile and especially satisfactory.
If you choose to contact us by e-mail or telephone, we will send you a form to be filled out and sent along with the item(s). The product returned without this form and/or without informing the SAC will be sent back without prior consultation.
When making the return/exchange process the customer must inform the reason for the return/exchange on the back of the invoice, the name of the person who is returning, CPF and the return date.
Return for Regret/Withdrawal If upon receiving the product, you decide to return it for regret, you must do so within seven calendar days from the date of receipt.
The following conditions must be met: The product cannot have any signs of use.
The product should preferably be sent in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice, labels, tags (label with product reference code) properly attached to the product and all its accessories.
